Anatomical approach of team formation in the study of the collective

Recently, in the practice and theory of management general education systems, much attention has been paid to formation work with "teams” within a team teachers. In teaching environment, concept "team" is understood positively used very often, but not always its direct meaning. By thesis "teaching team" we mean group teachers who are prepared achieve common goal for sake joint activities responsible results obtained. Defining as does creating it reality, desire force act enough.
